An interchangeable specialty clamp system
for making structures, fixtures and
assemblies using rods, tubes and
pipes in sizes 1/4 inch to 1 inch O.D.
These rotary clamps allow rotation of
the assembly a full 360 degrees at 10
or 15 degree increments, depending
on size. Made of die-cast
zinc or aluminum alloys, we have
products for many applications.

Rods are made of fiberglass,
aluminum, solid stainless steel
as well as tubular stainless steel. They are
connected by Rotocon Assembly Clamps,
either Zinc-alloy or Aluminum-alloy.

Nylon Hose Clamps
Also known as Herbie Clips.
Double-locking Nylon Hose Clamps
have incredible strength and staying
power due not only to the double row
of interlocking teeth but mainly from
the type of plastic material from which
they are made. Nylon-66, with a
melting point of 515°F (268°C), is that
material and by ASTM Test Method
D638 proves tensile strength of over
26000 pounds per square inch. They are easily installed with a pair of pliers. They
come in sizes to accommodate hoses
with diameters from 1/4 inch to 6 &
1/2 inches. We can also convert the measurement around the outside of
your hose in inches or millimeters to
the correct size Herbie Clip.
